Our goal is, and always has been to share what we have learned about real estate investing. This gives others the opportunity to build wealth, cash flow, and influence cities all around the country.

We'll kick off the course just in time to hit your New Year's Goals for 2019!

Week 1: Set Up for Success

During this week, we'll discuss foundational items such as how to start building your network (and eventually your team), creating an LLC, accounting/finance and most importantly - getting your mindset prepared for success in real estate!

Week 2: Finding the Right Investment Strategy

There are SO many different ways to invest and earn money in real estate. During this time, we'll discuss your options and provide individualized advice on which approach may best help you reach your goals.

Week 3: $$$ and Financing

Not only will we discuss banks and traditional financing, but we'll also share tips on financiers to consider in Baltimore and how you can position yourself to be successful when building financial relationships.

Week 4: Finding and Analyzing Deals

During this session, we'll discuss how to best understand the hot markets of Baltimore and what neighborhood characteristics are best for each investment approach (renting, flipping, wholesaling, etc.)

Week 5: Making Offers & The Closing Process

Baltimore has some nuances when it comes to getting to the closing table. We'll discuss them and we'll how to make sure your closing team can get the job done - investor style.

Week 6: Rehab & Construction

We'll answer the age old question - "How do I find a great contractor?"

We'll help you spot the signs of not so great contractors and share tricks that you can do before, during, and after the rehab to ensure you stay in control. There are also some fantastic resources in Baltimore ($$$) that are directly related to how you renovate a home. We'll make sure you know what they are, when to leverage, and how to take advantage.

Week 7: Key To Landlording (And avoiding headaches)

The key to sleeping well as a landlord is building the processes and teams. We'll share how to do that and the best ways to keep the cash overflowing, not the toilet.

Week 8: Flip, NO Flop

There are TONS of people making a killing flipping houses in Baltimore. It's time for you to join them. We'll give you tips, share advice to get your property sold, and discuss neighborhood/market characteristics.

Week 9: Wholesaling

It's only right that we share some of the key things we expect from a wholesaler so that you can be the absolute BEST!

Week 10: Expert Panel

We'll spend this week bringing everything together and sharing some of the biggest lessons we've learned while investing. Opening ourselves to you will help YOU prevent some of those same mistakes.
